About Meredith Pittman

I am a licensed architect and constant dabbler in many creative endeavors. I most recently worked with Ellen Cassilly Architects for over ten years. During that time I worked on a variety of project types and sizes throughout the Triangle and beyond, including all five of ECA’s projects at Duke Gardens, multiple area restaurants including the Durham Food Hall, Plum, Grub and Pie Pushers, and many houses - both new construction and renovation/additions. Previously I was employed with NC State University's Downtown Design Studio where I worked on community-based design projects in Henderson, Wake Forest, Kannapolis, and South Park - East Raleigh.

I received my Master's degree in Architecture from NCSU in December 2008, where I was an Alpha Rho Chi service award winner. I also have an MFA in Imaging and Digital Art from University of Maryland Baltimore County.

When not working I can be found out for a hike, digging in the garden, playing with the dog, cooking and eating with friends, traveling whenever possible, and supporting tons of great endeavors throughout the Triangle like Student Action with Farmworkers.
